"What's Stopping You?" - Outreach Testimony

The house we knocked on wasn't his. The man who answered the door was only there on a remodeling job, working on

flooring. 

He said, “It’s crazy that you came to this house, because I was on my hands and knees telling God, 'My life is a mess. God, what am I going to do with my life?' And here you guys are knocking on the door, while I'm asking God this." 

We asked if he'd ever heard the Gospel. 

"No." He replied. 

Upon sharing the Gospel message with him, we asked a final question:

"What's stopping you from surrendering your life to Jesus today?"

"Nothing is." He said. 

He prayed to the God of the universe, the name that's above every name, Jesus, surrendering his life to Christ right there at the doorstep. Praise God for divine encounters orchestrated by the Lord who never ceases to go after the one.
